Premier Supra Mahumapelo turns first sod for upgrading of two roads in Molatedi

North West Premier Supra Mahumapelo and his MEC for Public Works and Roads Madoda Sambatha will tomorrow, Wednesday 20 July 2016, turn the first sod for the upgrading of two roads from gravel to tar in Molatedi.

The roads in question are road P124 from Dwarsberg to Limpopo province border and road D53 that passes through Molatedi village to Marico River in Bojanala District of the North West Province.

The project is expected to create 210 jobs.

The villages that are expected to benefit from the project include Molatedi, Obakeng, Goedehoop, Welgeval and Welverdient.

Members of the media are invited to the sod-turning ceremony, which will take place as follows:
