Pedestrian Knocked Down in Verulam, KZN
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa were called out to the north bound lane of the R102 after receiving reports of a pedestrian being knocked down.
Upon arrival a 22 year old female was found to have sustained moderate injuries after she was run over by a Toyota Tazz as she was crossing the 3 lane highway. The pedestrian was treated for her injuries on scene before being transported to Osindisweni Hospital.
The driver of the Toyota Tazz was not injured.
