Three vehicles collide leaving 17 injured in Marrionhill, KwaZulu Natal

17 people have been left injured this evening after two taxis and light mtoro vehicle collided on Richmond Road in Marrionhill, KwaZulu Natal.

ER24 paramedics, along with other services, arrived on scene to find that one taxi and light motor vehicle had collided head-on. The second taxi was found off to the side of the road amongst some bushes.

On assessment, paramedics found that 17 people had been injured in this collision. Fortunately no-one sustained any serious or fatal injuries.

Paramedics treated the patients and thereafter transported them to St Marys Hospital for further treatment.

The cause of the collision is not yet known. The incident was reported to local authorities to be investigated.
