Man seriously injured after tree fell on him
A 44-year-old man was left seriously injured this afternoon after a tree fell on him at a residence in Kloof, KwaZulu Natal.
ER24 paramedics arrived on the scene and found the man seated in the garden of the residence.
Paramedics assessed the man and found that he had sustained serious injuries to his leg, abdomen and back.
Paramedics treated the man and provided him with advanced life support interventions. Once treated, the man was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
It is understood that the man had been cutting the tree when it fell, pinning his leg.
