Man and woman die in the France Location, Pietermaritzburg,
A man and a woman died in the France Location, in Pietermaritzburg, earlier today.
ER24 paramedics were called to Phase 4 to attend to a man who was laying against a fence in Phase 4 in the France Location.
Upon assessment, it was found that he was dead. There were no obvious signs of injury accept for impression marks from the fence on his body.
According to bystanders, the man tried to climb a fence and fell.
Prior to this incident, it is understood that the man and his sister were involved in an altercation in Phase 1 in the France Location.
He fled and was later found by the SAPS in Phase 4. ER24 paramedics were then contacted. The woman was apparently declared dead by other services after the apparent assault.
The exact details are unknown.
