MEC for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison, Mxolisi Kaunda today met and addressed members of the community of Maqongqo. The purpose of the meeting was to address the community about plans to upgrade District Road 1001 (D1001), linking Maqongqo to Camperdown.
The Department is currently busy with the designs and construction will start in September.
