Lone Suspect Sought For Home Invasion: Hazelmere – KZN
A family of seven was held at knifepoint during a home invasion in Hazelmere – KZN during the early hours of this morning (Saturday).
The suspect gained entry by breaking the lock on the front door, which was secured with a chain. The intruder stole a Nokia phone and an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.
Members of Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) responded to the scene at approximately 02:54 and conducted a search for the suspect, but no arrests have been made.
