Suspects arrested for robbery of cellular phones at the corner of Albert & Troye Streets in Joburg
Whilst conducting crime prevention patrols #JMPD officers were approached by 4x males who reported that they had been robbed of their belongings by 3x suspects at the corner of Albert & Troye Streets in Joburg. The officers immediately proceeded to the location in search of the suspects. Upon arrival, they found 2x males who were positively identified by the victims as the perpetrators.
The suspects were searched. 2x cellphones & a router were found in their possession which they could not account for. The victims confirmed that the recovered phones belonged to them. The suspects were arrested & detained for robbery at Joburg Central SAPS.
