Mr. Fernando brings a proven ability to grow businesses, successfully turn around underperforming operations, and deliver consistent results. With a strong background in sales and marketing, he is well-positioned to accelerate Tracker’s next phase of development.
An accomplished global leader, Mr. Fernando has extensive experience in leading multicultural teams and integrating diverse organisational cultures. Having steered businesses across regions with varied backgrounds and ways of working, he has consistently demonstrated the ability to unify teams, foster collaboration, and achieve long-term success.
