Drug-dealing suspects arrested
While conducting routine patrols, members of SAPS, Gauteng Traffic Police, and Gauteng Traffic Wardens STT (EC) received a tip-off about a male suspect allegedly selling drugs in Phomolong.
Upon searching the suspect, officers discovered crystal meth and Double Star tablets in his possession.
In a separate operation in Kanana Section, officers searched another male suspect and found several sachets of crystal meth. The suspect then led officers to his residence, where additional sachets of crystal meth and Double Star tablets were discovered. Both suspects were arrested for possession and dealing in drugs.
Additionally, during operations conducted in Springs, officers apprehended two suspects for possession of drugs and one suspect for pointing of a firearm, intimidation, common assault, and malicious property damage.
