Over 20 injured after truck overturns on the N12/N3 Gillooly’s split
At least 24 people were injured this morning when the vehicle they were travelling in overturned on the N12/N3 Gillooly’s split, direction east.
When ER24 paramedics and other services arrived on scene they found the small truck lying on its side on the road.
Patients were assessed and found to have sustained minor to moderate injuries.
They were treated and transported to local hospitals for further medical care.
The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
