Seven year old airlifted after crash in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng
A mother and her two children aged seven and three years old have sustained serious injuries after their vehicle collided with a truck on Hertz Boulevard in Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng.
The exact detail to the cause of the accident will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene , we found that the mother and her two boys had been severely injured.
The Netcare1 helicopter was dispatched to the scene to airlift the seven year old boy to a Johannesburg hospital for further medical care.
The mother and the three year old boy were transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital for further medical care.
This incident happened at about 17h00
