Pizza Delivery Biker Escapes Injury in Collision in Verulam, KwaZulu-Natal
A Debonairs Pizza delivery biker escaped serious injury after he was run over by a white VW Polo in the Verulam Cbd a short while ago.
At approx 19:15 Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received a call for assistance after a bystander on Ireland Street witnessed the accident. Upon arrival Reaction Officers found that the driver of the light motor vehicle & the delivery biker had not sustained injuries. The bike was extensively damaged.
According to the VW Polo driver, he attempted to avoid a minibus taxi and crashed into the biker.
The taxi driver stopped on scene & provided his details to authorities.
