AGCS appoints Regional Head of Liability for Mediterranean & Africa

Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) today announced the appointment of Stéphanie Perreau as the Regional Head of Liability for AGCS Mediterranean & Africa. Nicolas Lewandowski succeeds Stéphanie as the Head of Liability for France. Both these appointments are effective October 1, 2021.

Stéphanie is based in Paris and reports to AGCS Mediterranean & Africa Regional Managing Director Patrick Thiels. She has been the Head of Liability for France since September 2020. Before this, Stéphanie was Senior Liability Underwriter at AGCS France and Practice Group Leader for Heavy Industry & Manufacturing for the Mediterranean region. Before joining AGCS in 2011, Stéphanie spent seven years as a Senior Facultative Reinsurance Broker at Aon Benfield and as a Liability Senior Account Executive at Aon Global. She holds an insurance degree and master’s degree in insurance law from La Sorbonne University.

Based in Paris, Nicolas joined AGCS in 2012 as a Senior Liability Underwriter. His insurance career started at Munich Re in 2007 where he worked in various roles. He holds a degree in law from Université d’Artois, an honors degree in company law from Université de Lille 2, and a master’s degree in multimedia and information law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II).
