Community protest in Duduza
DUDUZA -In the early hours of Friday 17 April 2026, community members in Duduza took to the streets in protest, burning tyres and barricading the R550 road.
The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Officers are currently on scene monitoring the situation and maintaining a visible presence in the area.
Motorists are urged to avoid the route and use alternative routes.
