Hijacked Vehicle Recovered: Osindisweni – KZN
A vehicle hijacked in Grangetown – KZN on Friday (22/05/2026) was recovered abandoned in Osindisweni – KZN during the early hours of this morning (Monday, 25/05/2026).
Reaction Unit South Africa (RUSA) received information at approximately 04:38 regarding visual contact with a sought after red Mazda Sting. The vehicle had been hijacked by two (2) suspects on Garden Street in Grangetown – KZN.
Reaction Officers were directed to a gravel road in Osindisweni – KZN where the vehicle was located abandoned on the side of the roadway.
The registration number and vehicle description were verified and confirmed to match the vehicle circulated following the hijacking in Grangetown – KZN
