Vehicle rolls, injuring four outside Kathu

Four people were injured this morning after a light motor vehicle rolled on the N14, 10 km outside of Kathu in the Northern Cape.

When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene, the found the light motor vehicle sitting upright on the side of the road. The four occupants were found seated around the vehicle.

On assessment, paramedics found that two occupants had sustained moderate injuries while the other two had sustained only minor injuries.

Paramedics treated the patients and thereafter transported them to Kuruman Hospital for further assessment and treatment.

It is understood that the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll multiple times.

Local authorities were on scene for further investigations.
