Three injured in vehicle rollover at Chatsworth
Three people have been injured one critically so after the vehicle they were in rolled off the M1 Higginson Highway near Bayview off ramp on Sunday morning.
Just after 08:30am Rescue Care Paramedics responded to the scene. On their arrival they found that a single vehicle had rolled off the M1 Higginson Highway coming to rest on its wheels on a field below. Three occupants were injured with one of the patients sustaining critical injuries. The patient a young lady was placed on a manual ventilator on the scene. Once stabilised all three patient were transported to a nearby hospital for the further care that they required.
At this stage the exact cause of the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
