Family Attacked by former employee in the Greenbury Area, Phoenix
KZNVIP Security responded swiftly to a violent incident on Christmas Eve in the Greenbury area, Phoenix where a family was attacked by their former employee, resulting in significant trauma and property damage.
Upon arrival, it was reported that the suspect had attacked the family and damaged property before attempting to flee the area.
While KZNVIP units were en route, a chase ensued. During the pursuit, the suspect threw a brick at a responding KZNVIP security vehicle.
The suspect was subsequently tackled and brought down by the KZNVIP response officers. The suspect had to be forcefully restrained due to continued attempts to flee and aggressive resistance towards the KZNVIP officers. The Response officer who made the arrest sustained minor injuries and was attended too by Medics.
SAPS Phoenix was called to the scene to take over the matter and the suspect was detained for further processing. The circumstances leading up to the incident cannot be confirmed at this time.
