TMPD K9 Unit Arrests Drug Dealers in Lyttleton, Centurion
On 18 December 2025, Tshwane Metro Police Department (TMPD) K9 Unit members arrested two suspects for drug possession and dealing in Lyttleton, Centurion. The team received a tip-off from an informant about two drug dealers transporting drugs in the Centurion area.
Acting swiftly on the information, the members coordinated with other stakeholders and located the suspects vehicles—a Toyota Corolla and a Renault Kwid. The vehicles were stopped and searched, during which drugs with an estimated street value of R12 250 were found. The Toyota Corolla and Renault Kwid were also seized.
