Four collisions leaves several injured, Amanzimtoti

Numerous minor collisions is the Amanzimtoti area have left several people injured this morning.

The first incident occurred on the Moss Colnick Road where a light motor vehicle had apparently lost control, colliding with the roadside barrier.

Paramedics assessed the patients and found that ,fortunately, no injuries were reported on the scene.

The second incident was on Prince Road where two light motor vehicles collided head-on. Again, both patients from both vehicles escaped without injury.

The third incident incident occurred on the N2 when a pedestrian has hit by a light motor vehicle. The patient was found lying on the vehicle with moderate injuries. The patient was treated for their injuries and thereafter transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The driver of the vehicle fortunately did not sustain any injuries.

The final incident occurred on Beach Road where two light motor vehicles collided head-on.On arrival, paramedics found that only one man had sustained moderate injuries.

The man as treated for his injuries and was thereafter transported to a nearby hospital.

Local authorities were on all the scenes for further investigations.
