Pedestrian in a serious condition after being struck down in Roodepoort
Gauteng: At 20H07 Monday night Netcare 911 responded to reports of a Pedestrian-vehicle collision on Hendrick Potgieter Road in Roodepoort.
Reports from the scene indicate that a 56-year-old female was struck down by a light motor vehicle while crossing the road.
The patient was assessed on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic and found to have sustained serious injuries.
Once stabilised the patient was transported by ambulance to a hospital for further treatment.
