A pedestrian was trapped underneath a vehicle in a collision in Centurion
On Thursday afternoon, at approximately 16:30, our CERT Centurion crew responded to reports of a pedestrian-vehicle collision where a patient was reportedly trapped underneath a vehicle.
Upon arrival on scene, it was discovered that the vehicle involved had already left the scene. The patient had miraculously sustained only moderate injuries. Our team assessed and stabilised the patient on scene before the patient was transported to a nearby hospital in a stable condition.
The exact circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear at this stage and the police have opened an investigation.
